Centramedia is currently seeking a Technical Support Specialist.

Responsibilities:
Working with customers over the phone at their locations (business or residence), to answer questions, identify and resolve technical problems, and provide assistance.

Position Description:
As a member of our Technical Support team, you will provide technical assistance to Centramedia’s customer base. Successful candidates will have experience with various Windows operating systems, TCP/IP and PC networking concepts. Developing relationships with other team members, departments, and sales staff supplies you an avenue to provide timely feedback, to review and resolve customer issues and to increase your knowledge and ability within your team. Applicant must be a team player with excellent problem solving abilities, must possess strong verbal and written English communication skills, present a professional and courteous telephone manner, and have the ability to Multi-task in a fast paced environment. Strong keyboarding and organizational skills as well as strong attention to details are also desired. This position provides flexible work hours and will require some morning, afternoon, and weekend hours.

Education:
Applicant is required to be certified in A+. Certification timeline will be discussed during interview.
